Topower  support 12-24 month warranty period which longer than industry standard---12 month. During the warranty period, if any quality problem (without man-made broken or unresistible factors),  Topower would offer the free accessories or product for service. If over warranty period, Topower would use the lowest cost to help our clients solve it. Technical support would be offered forever.
